RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you want to return a purchase, returned merchandise will be accepted provided it is in new condition within 30 days of purchase. This means that the products are still in the original packaging and are unwashed/unworn.
(Note: Handmade soaps, items in our Clearance or Gently Used sections and sale priced items purchased during promotion sales are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges).

You then have the option of the full value of your purchase in the form of store credit OR a refund minus a 5% re-stocking fee. (Shipping fees are not reimbursed and cost of return shipping, if necessary, is the responsibility of the customer). The re-stocking fee also applies to orders that are cancelled before they ship - no exceptions - this is because there is still administrative work required to cancel and close your order even if it hasn't shipped. 

Refunds, returns, exchanges or order cancellations must be done within 30 days of purchase. If you have questions, would like to arrange for a local pick up or to request a refund, exchange, etc., please contact us.

NOTE: Limited edition and specialty prints will NOT be accepted for exchange if you do not like the 'bum placement' or position of the print unless the diaper itself is legitimately defective.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If any of your purchases are damaged when you receive them as a result of shipping, please take a photo of the damaged product(s) and email it to us for a refund or replacement. No photo, no refund. After verifying that the item was in fact damaged upon receipt, we will refund or replace it at our discretion.  You may be asked to send back the damaged item in which case we would cover the cost of return shipping.  

Damaged item claims must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving it

INCORRECT ORDER ITEMS
If any of the items in your order are incorrect in any way, let us know immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. This includes items that are the wrong size or color from what is on your order receipt.  A photo of all the items from your order will be required.

If we have made a mistake with an item you have 2 choices:
1) Keep the item that was the wrong size or color and receive a store credit for 50% of the value of the incorrect item.  Store credit will be valid to use within 1 year on your next order.  Or,
2) Send the incorrect item back to us.  Once received we will send out the correct item as well as refund your return shipping cost (photo of receipt will be required). 
*DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST for authorization.  Items that arrive without authorization will be sent back 'return to sender'. Note, if the correct item is limited edition or otherwise unavailable for us to send, you will receive a refund in full after we receive the incorrect item back. 

If you use, wash or remove the tags or packaging from your item, it will not be exchanged or refunded even if the item we sent was incorrect.  No exceptions.  Please check your order for accuracy as soon as you receive it and before you use any items. 

**You must contact us about incorrect items within 7 days of receiving them, we cannot make arrangements to correct your order after this 7 day window.**
