These Natural Pocket Diaper Inserts are the same as the insert that is sold with the Thirsties new Natural Pocket Diaper. The Newborn insert has 3 layers of 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. The full size insert has 5 layers of hemp/organic cotton. The newborn and full size inserts come snapped together as a set. Inserts can be used individually or snapped together to provide four different absorbency and size options.
