Shipping & Returns

Cloth Diaper Kids.com ships anywhere in Canada and we subsidize shipping so that it costs less for you! We offer flat rate shipping for just $5.99. When you order from us, your order will ship within 3 business days, often much sooner. Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Returned merchandise will be accepted provided it is in new condition. For diaper accessories this means that the product is still in the original packaging.

If you have purchased diapers, try one on your baby for size before washing. To return diapers they must be in new unwashed, unsoiled condition and returned along with any labels or packaging they came with.

Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for refunds and exchanges. NOTE: shipping is offered at a subsidized rate on Cloth Diaper Kids and if you receive a refund it will be less the actual shipping charge that we incurred to ship your order.
