Cloth Diaper Kids.com is a proudly Canadian company shipping anywhere in Canada, and we subsidize shipping so that it costs less for you!

We offer flat rate shipping for just $9.99 no matter what you buy and free shipping on orders over $200. When you order from us, your order will ship within 3 business days, often much sooner. Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

**BUT WAIT** Don't want to pay shipping at all? If you are located in Grande Prairie like we are, then you can always pick-up your order and save the shipping. We allow local pick-ups from our home by appointment. Simply email us your order and we will reserve it for you until you come and get it. Want to see a product in person or get a lesson in cloth diapering while you're at it? We do that too :) And for our Edmonton and Sherwood Park customers, we have an office there as well and depending on what you would like to order, free shipping can sometimes be arranged as well. Just ask us and we'll work something out.

Don't you ship to the USA?
Yes we do, however due to the cost of shipping over the border our flat rate US shipping is $15.  Our website is set to not allow US checkouts at the moment because of this shipping discrepancy.  If you are in the US and would like to place an order with us, simply email us what you'd like to order and we'll invoice you directly via PayPal after adjusting your shipping accordingly.

If you want to return a purchase, returned merchandise will be accepted provided it is in new condition. This means that the products are still in the original packaging.
(Note: Handmade soaps are final sale. No returns or exchanges).

You then have the option of the full value of your purchase in the form of store credit OR a refund minus a 5% re-stocking fee. (Cost of return shipping, if necessary, is the responsibility of the customer).

If any of your purchases are damaged when you receive them as a result of shipping, please take a photo of the damaged product(s) and email it to us for a refund. No photo, no refund.

Refunds or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. If you have questions, would like to arrange for a local pick up or to request a refund or exchange, please contact us.
